Last spring when I was injured, I went back to spinning 2-3 times a week, started watching all the Mad Men episodes, and tried to go out a little bit more. It sounds VERY similar to what I was going through. You should really talk to your PT/chiro about Graston Therapy!! It has been an absolute lifesaver for me. My issue was misalignment in my hips and incredibly knotted calf/IT muscles. By getting Graston and using "the stick" (highly recommend) I was able to work out a lot of that tightness and the pain in my knee subsided considerably.<br /><br />At least you had wine and Dave to cheer you up...two of my favorite things :)Meghttps://www.blogger.com/profile/00143038292425454472noreply@blogger.com
