Thanks to the wonderful folks over at Sweaty Bands, I have not one, but two, fabulous guaranteed-no-slip sport headbands for two lucky readers!
Sweaty Bands headbands |
Seriously, these headbands are awesome. I bought two of them on a whim last year at the Rock and Roll Mardi Gras Marathon Expo last year and have been addicted to them since. Believe me, if they hold back my thick, semi-curly, very-difficult-to-manage hair, they will hold back anyone's hair.
So here's the deal. You have from today, November 21st, until December 9th to enter (I'll give you guys until the end of the week since I know some will be traveling over the holidays and away from computers and blog-world.) You can earn up to two entries/person by doing the following...
a) hitting "follow" on this blog using the Goggle Friend Connect widget on the right
b) leaving me a comment on this entry
Once the entry period closes, I'll draw two random names. Good luck and happy entering!
I'd love to try these. Some headbands give me a headache (big noggin) so I'd be curious about these. Pick me :)
ReplyDeletesweatyyy baaaands!
ReplyDeleteCute giveaway!! I've never heard of sweaty bands before but they sound great.. I used to be a fan on the Lululemon slipless headbands, until one slipped off my head during a long run and was never seen again!
ReplyDeleteThanks for the comment! Baking that avocado bread only made me want to try baking with 'em more... we'll have to see what kinds of crazy recipes I can come up with, haha.
I totally agree with you, they are awesome! I LOVE sweaty bands! I picked up one at the Portland Marathon expo and wear it on almost ALL of my runs! What a neat giveaway!
ReplyDeleteOoh! Ooh! I'll try just about anything to keep my hair tamed!
ReplyDeleteHair in my eyes is a big issue, and I've tried so many disappointing solutions. Hoping to try these (and if I don't win I'll be hoping to find out where they're sold).
ReplyDeleteI like free stuff :-)
ReplyDeleteAlso, my hair is hard to handle
I have never tried headbands before so I would like to give them a try!
ReplyDeleteHave heard so much about these and am dying to try. Probably won't get the chance until the half marathon expos next summer. Thanks!
ReplyDeleteI've been wanting to try these...and if they're free, even better! Just signed up to follow you as of today, so I'm looking forward to reading your blog!

Would love to try these out, the ones I have now are not the best for the curly, puffy hair!
ReplyDeleteHow is my beautiful NYC? I miss it so much!! But I believe that things happen for a reason and I would not be training for my first 1/2 marathon if I were in NY! I really want to try this headband - are they really everything they say they are? I think this is something to become easily addicted to :-)
ReplyDeleteSherry

Those are some cute head-bands. You should try these no slip rubber bands from Goody too. They hold my hair up and don't slip out but also don't pull out hair too.
ReplyDeleteI'm a follower...newbie! I LOVE Sweatybands!!!
